1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Argus Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree to use our services, including VPS hosting, only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from hosting, storing, or transmitting any material that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material without authorization, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.
3. VPS Monitoring and Access
To maintain the security and integrity of our infrastructure, Argus Group reserves the right to monitor and inspect any VPS instance. While we respect user privacy, we may access your VPS if we have reasonable grounds to believe there is a breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or a threat to our network.
4. Ban Evasion and Moderation
Creating or utilizing alternative accounts to evade any moderation actions, restrictions, or bans imposed by Argus Group is strictly prohibited. Attempting to bypass a penalty will result in the immediate termination of all associated services and permanent exclusion from our platform.
5. Unauthorized Security Testing
You may not engage in any form of unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security assessments against Argus Group infrastructure, services, or other client networks without prior explicit written permission. Unauthorized testing is treated as a severe security breach and a violation of these terms.
